Direct from the brand. Built for the marketplace.

The wholesale channel your brand actually intended to build.

Brand Direct Wholesale partners directly with independent and emerging brands to bring authorized, MAP-compliant inventory to Amazon FBA and the Walmart Marketplace — without giving up pricing authority or competing with unauthorized undercutters.

Our guiding principles are “Brand stewardship. Direct accountability. Thoughtful growth.”

Your brand deserves a steward.

You’ve invested in your products, your reputation, and your customer relationships. Brand Direct Wholesale approaches each partnership with respect for that investment.

As a founder-led company, we offer direct accountability and a deliberate approach to marketplace growth. We establish clear permissions, follow your brand standards and advertised-pricing policies, and start with an inventory plan we agree on together.

Our aim is to earn your confidence with every order—and build a partnership that supports your brand’s long-term value.

Why brands pick us

Three things wholesale distribution usually gets wrong.

Wholesale FBA at scale gets reduced to “buy low, list, ship.” That model is what creates the unauthorized reseller problem in the first place. We built our operation around authorization, pricing integrity, and marketplace reach.

01 / Authorized

Direct brand authorization,
every SKU.

We are not an open marketplace and we do not buy through gray channels. Every line we carry comes from the brand itself, on a written reseller agreement — so the inventory your team sees is inventory the brand meant to move.

100%AUTHORIZED SOURCING
02 / MAP-compliant

Pricing integrity that holds in public.

Every partner brand sets its Minimum Advertised Price. We follow it in our listings, repricing, and post-listing audits — supporting stable shelf prices and retail buyers who refuse to chase unauthorized undercutters.

Amazon provides an established fulfillment channel. Walmart Marketplace adds another path to customers. Carrying both lets an emerging brand broaden its reach through one coordinated partnership.

How we work

A four-step partnership,
written down.

We are not a drop-ship aggregator and we don’t onboard in a weekend. The same four steps repeat for every brand so expectations, paperwork, and reporting are aligned from day one.

01

Partnership Identified

We work with your product line, MSRPs, and authorized-supplier requests. We review fit, category mix, and your existing marketplace footprint. If it's the right fit for both of us then we move forward.

02

Reseller agreement
+ MAP policy

We sign a written reseller agreement and document the MAP policy your brand owns. Suspected unauthorized activity is flagged for your review.

03

Onboarding to FBA
+ Walmart

Inventory arrives for preparation and marketplace onboarding. Listings, fulfillment requirements, and channel permissions are agreed with your team.

04

Ongoing MAP monitoring

Continuous price monitoring, weekly reseller audits, and a direct line back to the brand. We report the violations; you decide the response.

MAP policy

Pricing authority stays with the brand.
We put it into practice.

Minimum Advertised Price policy needs consistent attention across listings and channels. We do that work — and surface violations back to the brand instead of working around them.

01

Brand-owned

The brand sets the MAP. We do not negotiate it down to win a listing.

02

Listing-time + post-listing

Our advertised prices follow your policy before a SKU goes live and are audited continuously after.

03

Reseller escalation

Suspected unauthorized sellers and MAP violations are documented for brand review. Any removal depends on applicable marketplace rules and the brand’s rights.

04

Reporting

Weekly MAP reports go to the brand, not into a black box.

Who it’s for

Two audiences,
one partnership model.

Audience 01 / Brands

For independent & emerging brands

You built the brand. We help you scale it without losing control.

  • A vetted marketplace channel that respects your pricing authority.
  • A reseller agreement that explicitly addresses your MAP.
  • Amazon and Walmart reach from a single partnership.
  • A long-term operator that reports violations to you.
Audience 02 / Retail buyers

For buyers who value authentic sourcing

You source inventory. We make sure what we source is the real thing.

  • Inventory sourced directly from the brand, on the brand’s terms.
  • Listings that respect MAP, without race-to-the-bottom side channels.
  • A single wholesale partner instead of unknown sources.
  • Coordinated supply for Amazon and Walmart Marketplace listings.
BEFORE WE PLACE A PURCHASE ORDER

What we need before we purchase.

Before placing an order, we review documentation that helps establish product authenticity, authorized sourcing, and marketplace eligibility. Requirements depend on the brand, category, and intended sales channel.

01 / COMMERCIAL RECORDS

Wholesale invoices

Commercial invoices issued by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor should clearly identify the supplier and Brand Direct Wholesale as the buyer.

  • Documentation is required that clearly indicates the number of units ordered for each product.
  • Be recent: generally within the applicable 90–180-day window, as specified by the marketplace request.
  • Show our exact legal business name and address, matching our Seller Central account details, plus the supplier's business information.
  • Identify products, quantities, and transaction dates clearly.
02 / SELLING PERMISSIONS

Brand authorization / LOA

We require written authorization from the brand owner confirming that Brand Direct Wholesale may resell the specified products through various e-commerce channels including Amazon, Amazon Canada, and/or Walmart+Marketplace.

  • Identify the issuing brand and authorized seller.
  • Specify applicable products, marketplaces, and any channel restrictions.
  • Be issued by a person authorized to grant the permission.
03 / PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION

Product photographs

Clear, real-world photographs of the product and retail packaging may be requested to verify identity and listing accuracy.

  • Show labels, model numbers, UPCs, or other identifiers when applicable.
  • Include relevant packaging views and safety markings when requested.
04 / REGULATORY REVIEW

Compliance documents

Depending on the product, we may need applicable safety, testing, or regulatory documentation before purchasing or listing.

  • Examples include children's products, electronics, and supplements.
  • Documents may include test reports, certifications, declarations, or other category-specific records.
  • Additional invoices or traceability records may be requested.

A straightforward documentation process.

Not every purchase requires every document. We'll confirm the applicable requirements during our product review, before committing to an order. Documentation must be genuine, complete, and verifiable.
